*Note to anyone who reads this entry...Leave me a comment!! I never get them anymore...It makes me hate myself!! lol*
So summers basically over. My friends are back in school and it won't be long (10 days to be exact) until i am shipped off to T-town. So I've been sitting here thinking over my summer and I just realized how much fun it was. Here are a few things that made it so awesome in no particular order...
1. I went to LA. Yep, big los angeles. It was great. Just me and Jordan went. We went to a movie premier, hung out at the beach, went to the farmers market, chilled at the santa monica pier, saw a movie at Graumans Chinese Theatre, and went on a cheesy Hollywood Tour. The best part of the trip i had to say was the tour. We had a tour guide that was strung out on drugs and well...Its quite a hilarious story...Ask me about it, I promise it will make you laugh too.
2. The many campouts at Kyle's. Oh yes, there were many campouts at Kyle's. One's when Allison and I thought Ranger Matt was the sexiest thing to walk the planet...Then we woke up and heard what we thought was a bulldozer coming through our tent *oh wait nevermind...thats just matt snoring...*. One campout was awful. In fact I had the song "Homewrecker" dedicated to me on the radio the very next day because of it...And apparently the whole Valley heard...But the campouts were great. We always did such random things to make them worth remembering.
3. The random things Allison, Kyle, and I did when we got bored. They know what I'm talking about. Let's see, One instance occured when we got really bored while we were at Allisons so I dressed up in a toothfairy skirt crown and wand, and allison put on some wings and we both wore Monkey Masks.. Bought a airhorn at walmart... Got a video camera...And basically wreaked havoc on anyone walking the streets of Valley that night. Once at about 2:00 in the morning Allison and I put on our prom dresses and Kyle took us to wal mart where we went to the Electronics section and turned on the music and danced, then bought cookies. I love myself and my friends selves...lol.
4. Allison and My vandalizing jobs. No we didnt do anything hateful, but we did roll, and confettii Noelle, Rebecca, and Carlins cars this summer. We also wrote random things with window paint such as "Just Married", and "Honk if you love puppies". There was also a time when we stole for sale signs and decorated Carlin, Noelle, and Lauras yards. We only do it out of love yall .
5. Our random trips to the Terry Household. Ah yes, when all else fails where does the trio *me, kyle and allison* go? Russells house...Why? I will never know. But it's like clockwork, we ALWAYS end up there. Once they were spending the night over at my house and Russell called and said he was bored so we snuck out at about 1 in the morning and went to his house, watched Zoolander while Kyle slept, and left...At 5:00 in the morning...Random I know...Go figure...
6. Allison going in the Jet Pep. God love her for doing such. She did this several times through the summer. She would go in...to buy select items for us and would get hit on by the skanky afghans that work there. Who can ever forget the great pickup line..."You must not be from around here...theres a shortage of beautiful women..." Kudos to you Allison Cook for putting up with such!
7.Watching Hide and Seek at night time in the apartment over the barn, with JUST allison. We were to scared to move when it was over with. We sat in the barn for like 30 miniutes until we got up the nerve to move.. We are so lame. lol.
8.Random trips to Atlanta. We went to the Westin and looked at the view from the top. We saw Kyles old house and laughed at the "slaves" and went to the Sweet Home Alabama house, where the movie was filmed.
9.Watching Saw in black and white with kyle, russell, crowder, and a very tipsy allison.
10. Random trips to Krystals. No matter where we stay, we will always crave and have to have Krystals at about 2 a.m.
11. Me and Allison's exclusive shopping night. We missed the extremely large sign outside Old Navy that said "Closed except to Friends and Family only". They let us in anyway and it turned out that we knew someone that worked there and they gave us the exclusive discount. We even got to see the old navy fashion show. Lesson learned, it sometimes pays to be dizy.
12. My trip to Disney world with Kyle, Jordan and, Josh. Though Jordan and Josh were all googoo lovey dovey the whole time and Kyle and I argued quite alot...it was alot of fun. I love disneyworld. It rocks my face off. We rode the Tower of Terror 8 times and the rockin rollercoaster 7 times and whenever we were waiting in lines, I would Thouroughly embarress Kyle Hobbs by singing random songs at the top of my lungs. It was great .
13. Me and Allison singing Disney music as loud as we could in her car the other day.
14. Many trips to La Bamba and no not for the food. It pays to have connections. God love Maria!
15. Allison laughing at the sign in the barn bathroom. She is very amused by it everytime she sees it.
16. Random parties at Allisons when her parents were out of town. Oh yes, the parties at Allisons. Many lessons were learned at those parties, such as to stop a friend before they drink waaay to much and puke for 3 hours straight, that we don't like Ranger Matt afterall, that Seth Hobbs is very good to talk to and is a very big "hopeless romantic"... and scared of aliens, that coed sleepovers arents always great, and that if something big happens *like a fight at allisons* the whole valley will know about it before the night is over.
17. Almost being attacked by a shark. I was warned repeatedly, but did I listen? Of coarse not! I know everyone remebers hearing about the girl who was killed by a shark this summer. Well It turns out she was staying at the same place my family stays when we go to the beach. Well we went there about 3 weeks ago and i just HAD to get in the ocean. One day while we were out there, my cousin Blake started yelling at me saying "madyson! swim!!!" and i turned around and there was a shark coming towards me. Now this wasnt a big shark, just for the record...But still...It could have at least chewed a toe or maybe even a foot off of me. Lesson learned: I can swim much faster when someone yells "shark!".
18. Orientation at Bama. I really enjoyed orientation. I got my rooming all situated now and I am officially rooming with Jordan, and a girl name Courtney and a girl named Charis. Charis is black, which rocks my face off, because I am from Springwood where there is a total of 1 black person 7th-12th grade. Allison laughs at me because I am so excited because I have never spent any time around black people. I can't wait! Oh yes, and i met the love of my life. Lol, ok not really, but if you would have met him you would have said the same thing. I met a guy there named Mason Dyess and he had the thickest country accent that ever graced anyone on this planet and he was a great southern gentleman. God love guys like that!
19. Dressing Kyle up while he slept. lol. One night when Kyle and Allison stayed over, Kyle fell asleep way before we did and we got bored. Come one now...you know you've all done something to someone at a sleepover if they fell asleep first! We found a crown, a wand, and a pink fluffy scarf and dressed kyle up like a fairy and took pictures. Now Kyle Hobbs was not the happiest camper when he woke up and saw the pictures on our phones... But it was far to late, we had already sent them to Russell. Kyle still hates us for that. lol
20. The long talks I've had with my friends. I've learned alot from and about them over this summer. Whenever I needed to talk to someone, whether it was about college, or whatever else they were always there, and always new what to say. And I really hope they can say the same about me. I've been doing my best! lol. Thanks guys I love yall!
Theres so many more...but my fingers are really fixing to fall off, so maybe I'll add em' later! Yall take it easy! If you've started school, good luck! Enjoy it! It will be gone before you know it! If you still have a little summer left, soak it in..You will miss it when it's gone, and if your headed off to college like me, I wish you the best of luck with everything, It's gonna be great! I just know it!
